After the market

My "Red White and Blue" display yesterday at the market.   I was pleased with the sales we had...a couple of dozen items went to their happy new owner's dining rooms, kitchens, offices, etc.

Cathy Babula tweaked her display of new pots.

It was nice to have this mug come to visit, being used regularly by a former customer, and I want to make some more with this shape...large enough for a man to enjoy a double size cup, but it fits in his cup holder in his car.  (Hint to self, make some more in this shape!)

My friend, Marina, picked up her order for ladybug mugs, and her husband has requested a special shape mug next.  Oh boy...now I'll be experimenting this week with putting a pitcher spout on a mug so he can pour the water into a one-cup coffee maker without it dripping.  I do love a challenge!

  1. All the displays look beautiful; We passed on the market since it was raining so much and the lower parking lot was flooded, we just went and got some vegetables.

    1. Up here in Black Mountain it didn't rain until later on, and since I was inside by then I didn't notice. Sorry you couldn't sell yesterday. Yes, fresh vegies definitely were on my list!

    1. Usually only 2 of us are at each market, but we all came by yesterday and I saw everyone, though those who came early didn't see those who came late...if you know what I mean.
