The trouble with feeling depressed, is that you're just not inspired either.
I have tried going looking for my muse. I know getting in nature helps, and for me, being near moving water. So glad there were a few days of sunshine, and I took myself to not only my favorite mountain creek, but a river nearby with some nice waterfalls.

Blessings on water
A beautiful production of Blessings on The River...fresh water was our focus, fresh clean water available to all! Annelinde Metzner organized the program, and was the director of the singing component of the production.
The Sahara Peace Choir sang for us, then the the Wild Bodema Drummers played.
We were astonished, charmed, thrilled, and just plain entertained!
The Swannanoa River ran next to our location, and we sent our blessing into it's waters.
Standing in the river and singing to her!

The Elements - Water
Flowing water.
Standing water.
Infiltrating, sinking water.
Soaking water.
Floating on water.
Drinking water.
Living water.
Needing water.
Drying water.
Moist, drippy, surging, pulling, waves, rivulets, dammed, channeled, connected, frozen, boiled, steam, cascades,
In the west of directions, when a circle of the elements is cast during rituals... Connected to intuition and dreams.
With clay turning into slip, a blend between pure liquid and solid.
Making glazes pour, spray, drip and brush onto the pot...then drying.
Evaporating is a miracle. Water that was there a minute ago has vanished. Yep, there's another alchemy happening right before my eyes.
