Bright bowls

A couple of 5 inch bowls decorated in various colors, big bold bugs and flowers!
Let's enjoy eating our food in something cheerful!

More flowers for the flowers

Another vase with flowers upon it...this time the white clay.  Do you prefer the white or the speckled? I haven't decided myself!

This was thrown with other vases on the same day...see the Feb. 4th  post for it's look when freshly trimmed.

More flowers

It's the time of year when we wish desperately for flowers!

So here are my wishes, also thinking of how these vases could hold real ones, maybe as Valentine's gifts.

But wait, this one could also be a drinking cup and used for anywhere in the home!

Today's quote:

An optimist isn't necessarily a blithe, sappy whistler in the dark. To be hopeful in bad times is not just foolishly romantic... If we remember those times and places where people have behaved magnificently, this gives us energy to act, and at least the possibility of sending this spinning top of a world in a different direction.
Howard Zinn
