Some figures from cartoons are around me

Holli's Delli in Marion had this little charming Popeye the Sailor Man - cook.  Did the Popeye restaurants start with him? I don't remember.

And there's Mr. Staypuff Marshmallow over a local restaurant here in Black Mountain.  So we're ready for any ghosts, or Ghostbusters, I should say.
