Black Mountain has had frost so...

Great color downtown by the bank
Gardenia bush is now inside, as well as geraniums out of reach of cat

Pretty begonia

Mum is also poisonous to cats

Purple shamrock just keeps on keeping on
Poor little philodendron is another cat no-no
 African violet is finally blooming
The succulent planter with Kalanchoes and Aloe Vera is on the kitchen counter, where (so far) no cats are allowed.
I just forgot to take a picture of it.

Quote for today.

"Art is not an escape, but a way of finding order in chaos, a way of confronting life." Robert Hayden

  1. I just posted about plants too! I didn't know that the philodendron was poisonous. Mine has always been where Sophie cat couldn't reach it, until I moved and now it's trailing down to the floor. Today I am going to cut the trails off so that she can't reach it. Thank you for posting this info!!

  2. Getting the tender plants in and finding the right spot is always a bit of a trial.

Looking forward to hearing from you! Since I didn't know the 1000+ people who supposedly looked at my blog the other day, I'm back to moderating comments. If that doesn't help, I don't know why blogger doesn't have a filter that stops this hacking...
