The Red House art studios and gallery sits back from the road. Here it is welcoming at 5pm when dusk arrives. There's an opening of the latest art show...Dimensions.
Climb these steep steps, and open the rather heavy front door..I think there's a handicap entrance at the back door, where many member artists park.
A peak through a window shows a tree with all the ornaments for sale.
A nice wreath on the side wall of the porch.
Photographer Herb Way has his work behind him, behind the curtain...he does have a sense of humor!
Susan Haning (purple outfit) walked back and forth with a cast on one leg, making sure everything was in order for the opening reception.
Early visitors had the best offerings of refreshments.
As you leave, you see the side view of the Monte Vista Hotel, with the downstairs restaurant offering cozy dining on the sunporch.
I'll share more pictures tomorrow!
Hello,
ReplyDeleteThe red House is pretty. I like seeing the tree with ornaments inside the window, looks like Christmas. Looks like a fun evening at the opening of the art show. Enjoy your day and weekend!
What fun!
