Funny, I don't think they even reproduce with that pollen which fell over on the petal at left. If they make seeds, I hope this giant plant replicates plenty!
I remember my freshman year of college -- a professor tried to shock us by pointing out that flowers were just sex organs for plants. I don't think I was shocked but (obviously) it made an impression.
