Is this really news?

The first snow of 2017, day one.
I'm hoping this is actually noteworthy...that there won't be a great many more that are much bigger or worse.

Someone with little paws visited my porch! A cat me thinks, or maybe the neighbor let her dog come visiting. I hope not, because he raises his leg wherever he wishes to tinkle.

And day two, Saturday had much more snow to greet me and it finally stopped around 9 am.
