Tis the season

Wonderful bones of a turkey provide so much flavor and nutrition for my turkey soup.

Finally the rain has stopped again.  It may be colder now, but I'm glad to see the sun setting.

    Homemade broth makes better soup. And you get the aroma again.

    Our turkey frame made beautiful broth which in turn made a fine turkey/vegetable soup. Which reminds me -- I need to defrost some for lunch...
