Two as one tree plate

This is one of my latest painted art plates, 11 inches diameter.

You are welcome to eat upon them, or serve to your guests, or hang it on one of those small wall spaces that are so hard to decorate, or add with other round shaped objects as part of a collage of art designs...whatever your heart desires.

I like the design of two trees, that cross in the center, and seem to have their own identities, but there is that center place where they are one.

  1. This plate has wonderful color and design. I don't know if nonpotters would know that this is a lot of work to create this plate. Your work is so good.

    1. Thanks a lot L.D....yep, it does take a few hours to do that glaze design, vs. just dipping or spraying like a plain color of glaze would be.

    1. Thanks Carole...nope, I won't be able to make that show this year...I was signed up a few years ago, then they cancelled it, or something happened. Maybe we can get together sometime somewhere... And thanks for the tip about the "award icon" being too big. I'll fix it now.

    2. Please post about the shows you will do so I might attend. I go to a lot of local shows for fun, and sometimes to show our car. Do you do the Fair or the Apple Festival? (PS now your pitcher pic is doing the same thing.)

  5. Carole, glad to hear from you again. I am more of a hobbiest and not signed up for many art shows yet. I share the MudBuddies booth every Sat. at our Tailgate Market here in Black Mountain, 9-12 for 26 weeks Starting the mother's Day Weekend.
