That upside down bowl

Remember when I mentioned a bowl almost collapsed, but by hanging it upside down for a couple of hours, it was able to survive? (See my blog HERE)

I finished it this week.  And it's smaller sister.

The bee on blue flower theme is one I'm playing with these days.

And since size is also what I'm working on, here they are with the ruller.

Then again another attempt also had to hang upside down.  It's still hanging as of this writing.  I'm not using enough clay, one friend has told me.  Yep. Center down another pound and see what happens!  It's all a learning experience!

Difficult times have helped me to understand better than before how infinitely rich and beautiful life is in every way and that so many things that one goes worrying about are of no importance whatsoever.

Success! I really like the direction your designs are heading into. Jeff is always telling me to not be afraid to use more clay, he says there is no shame in trimming.
