Full Moon last night

The sun may have set at some 7:44 or something.
Through the window

But by 8:30 is when the moon rose over the trees here.
And it was beautifully orange. My photos kind of washed it out, however.  But there's still the warm coloration.
From 8:47 - 8:51 pm, hand held, first inside (inset on left) then outside the front door.

Quote for today:

Let us accept the invitation, ever-open, from the Stillness, taste its exquisite sweetness, and heed its silent instruction.
Paul Brunton

  1. Beautiful! And the perfect quote!

  2. I didn't get out to see the moon last night, but I did notice, when I crawled into bed, that it seemed almost daylight outside the transom window.

  3. It was indeed a lovely sight. I love the quote.

  4. Thanks to you all who commented. I don't know if you get the "reply" when I give one to each comment. How do I find that out, anyway?

  5. I saw it out there but I have never figured out how to get it to work on either of our cameras. You have some great shots.

  6. Realmente precioso :)
    Muchos abrazos.

Looking forward to hearing from you! Since I didn't know the 1000+ people who supposedly looked at my blog the other day, I'm back to moderating comments. If that doesn't help, I don't know why blogger doesn't have a filter that stops this hacking...
